FAQ
What is the cancellation policy?
Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will be charged in full. We understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions may be made at our discretion.
How does payment work?
We offer flexible payment options, including prepaid packages for a set number of hours and bi-weekly
billing every 2 weeks for hours accrued. An invoice will be sent 24 hours prior to payment. All payments
are securely processed through our platform.
What are the rates for tutoring?
Our rates vary based on the chosen tutoring format, including online sessions, in-person at our center, at the student’s residence, or the “bring a friend” option. For detailed pricing information, please visit our Tarification page.
What grade levels do you cater to?
We provide tutoring for children from Kindergarten to Grade 11, but we can accommodate learners of all
ages and skill levels.
What is the process to sign-up?
You can contact us through our online form, by phone at (514) 569-1946, or by email at
contact@graderescue.com. After reviewing your needs, we will schedule a call or in-person meeting to
assess the student’s requirements and determine the most suitable tutor and schedule. Once finalized, a
registration form will be sent via email for completion.
What days and times does the tutoring take place?
We are available 7 days a week. Tutoring sessions depend on the availability of our tutors, and we make
every effort to match your schedule and accommodate your needs. Our tutors are available during school hours, after school, and on weekends.
Do you accommodate students with learning disabilities?
At the moment, we do not offer specialized tutoring for students with learning disabilities. However, we
are actively working with organizations in the community to provide this service in the near future.
